HOW TO RESERVE A TOUR
SIMPLY FOLLOW THESE THREE STEPS TO RESERVE YOUR PLACE ON ANY OF OUR TOURS:
1. SUBMIT YOUR TOUR RESERVATION FORM
To reserve your place on any of our tours, simply download, print, complete, and sign our Tour Reservation Form, and then fax, scan and email, or mail it back to us, along with your tour deposit (see below). The Tour Reservation Form contains full instructions, as well as our fax #, email, and mailing address.
If for any reason you are unable to download or print the Tour Reservation Form (or simply don't want to bother), don't worry, we're happy to email or mail one to you. Simply give us a call or send us an email and we'll get the necessary documents to you as soon as possible. 2. PAY YOUR TOUR DEPOSIT:
Tour deposits are $300 pp, or $500 pp for lodge-based, and 12 to 25-day combination tours. Simply mail us a personal check with your Tour Reservation Form, or write your Visa or MasterCard number and other credit card details on your Tour Reservation Form (or you can call with this info, if you prefer). International clients can also wire transfer their payments directly to our bank; please inquire if you are interested in this option.
3. CALL OR EMAIL TO ADVISE US OF YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST:
Call 1.888.868.4147 or 1.907.245.0795, or send an email ( alaska@getupandgotours.com) advising us of your reservation. We're also happy to answer any questions, of course.
IT'S THAT EASY!
WHAT NEXT? Once we've received your TOUR RESERVATION FORM we will contact you to confirm your space/s on the tour, process your tour deposit, and email you a combination receipt/invoice for your deposit and the balance, which will be due no later than 60 days prior to your tour departure date. If you'd prefer that we mail this receipt/invoice to you instead, just let us know.
ANYTHING ELSE? If you haven't already done so, please download and carefully read through our Alaska Tour Pre-Departure Packet, which will answer most of your questions, and help you prepare for your tour. This packet contains a packing list, Anchorage flight and lodging details, and other useful tips and information.
You may also want to download the specific Tour Description Sheet for the tour you have chosen.

12 to 25-Day Alaska Combination Tours
For details and descriptions of combination tours, please see the descriptions of the shorter tours that compose them. When you sign up for any of our combination tours you'll receive one night of free, twin-share, shared bath, lodging in Anchorage between each tour segment, at the Qupqugiaq Inn (or apply a $50 per person, per night credit to another hotel or room upgrade).

ALASKA TOUR PRE-DEPARTURE PACKET: This six-page document contains detailed information about Anchorage flights, pre- and post-tour Anchorage lodging options, arriving in Anchorage, meeting your guide and group, miscellaneous packing and other tips, and a detailed packing list: in short, everything you need to prepare for your tour.
